Eilersen takes part in Living Home 2012 with model Tub

LIVING HOME is the future Danish holiday home. An environmentally friendly and energy efficient house full of Danish interior design products presented in a manner that corresponds to the Danish way of living.

The purpose of LIVING HOME is to show you what a vacation in a Danish holiday home might look like, and to show you some examples of Danish design and lifestyle products.

Some of the things will be new to you - others you might recognise, as they are world-famous already. And here they are - presented in their own environment - in LIVING HOME. But do not just take our word for it. Please visit us in London from July 27 to August 12, 2012 on St. Katharine Docks. Make yourself at home, let us make you a cup of coffee or make it yourself - and be inspired.

The architect of the house, Mr. Asger Stoubæk Poulsen, and publisher and coordinator Ms. Birgitte Bjerregaard, together with their families, make up the LIVING HOME team. We will be present in LIVING HOME at all times. Please do not hesitate to contact any of us if you have questions about a vacation in Denmark, the house or the interior design products which are shown.

LIVING HOME is an energy-efficient Danish holiday home furnished with modern Danish interior designs and lifestyle products. The house has a light wooden construction, and is built in eleven modules. The house is a Passive house (i.e. a house, which barely uses any energy for heating. The house is isolated to an extent where it is basically the domestic appliances and the people inside that provide the heat. Put informally, it takes only three candle lights to heat a passive house!).The exteriors of the house are covered with wood; its interiors are made in fibre plaster.
