My Eilersen product is broken, can you help me fix it, or do you know someone who can help me fix it?
If your product is within our warranty period and you believe that this should be covered by our warranty, you will have to contact the dealer from whom you purchased the furniture.
If the furniture is not covered by our warranty we recommend that you contact a local professional and enlist their services.

The cover for my Eilersen product is dirty. Can I wash it in the washing machine?
No. All our textile covers must be gently dry cleaned with perchloroethylene. As according to the P symbol.

I’m interested in adding more Eilersen products, to the Eilersen products I already have. I want the new products in the same material and color as my other products. Is that possible?
We do not recommend it.
An Eilersen sofa is produced according to the specifications instructed when the item is purchased. We always seek to improve our furniture so small changes can have been applied since your original purchase. Also, the material changes over time and different fabric batches can have small color variations.

I’m displeased with my Eilersen product, and thus want to raise a claim. How do I do that?
In that case you would need to contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Eilersen product, they are in charge of servicing and handling any issues with our products.

Eilersen doesn’t have a dealer in the country where I reside. Can I buy a product from Eilersen and get it shipped to where I live?

Does Eilersen have stock sales?
Yes, at our facilities in Skamby we arrange for a stock sale 1 or 2 times pr. year. Here you can find a wide range of our sofas, tables, chairs, footstools and pillows etc.
It is a wide range of photoshoot furniture, display models and 2. Sorting items.
All items are sold as seen and without warranty.

Stock sale
Can I change the legs on my existing sofa configuration and is it possible to change it from connectable to freestanding and vice versa?
Yes and no, and Eilersen sofa is produced as instructed at point of purchase. This means that your sofa cannot go from being connectable elements to freestanding later on, and vice versa.
If you would like the change the legs or the original ones became damaged overtime please contact one of our dealers, they can help your order new ones.

Can I buy your fabrics or leathers by the meter?
Yes, through one of our dealers you can buy our textiles by the meter and our leathers can be purchased by the hide. Find a dealer here.
I have an old Eilersen sofa where the cushions could need new life, is it possible to order a new one?
Yes, if you contact one of our dealers here. They can assist you in regards to ordering new cushions.

I have an old Eilersen sofa that could need a refurbishing, is it possible to order a new cover?
Yes, if your sofa was originally ordered with detachable covers (if so, there is a Velcro strip underneath the sofa) we are able to produce new covers for you.

I have doubts about which textile/leather that suits my needs, how do I decide which textile is for me?
We offer a wide range of textiles and leather, each with its own properties and advantages, but for finding the best upholstery material for you, please reach out to one of our skilled Eilersen dealers. They can identify your specific needs and provide you with the best suitable textile.

How is an Eilersen sofa constructed?
This is not a short answer and deeper information can be found on the front page of our website.
We use the best possible materials for each part of the sofa, to ensure the high level of quality and comfort that is recognizable with our brand.
In short, our sofas consist of a solid pine wood frame, reinforced with beech and MDF. To create the seating comfort is created by durable nozag springs and high quality PUR foam topped with a soft and comfortable down layer.

I have found my dream sofa, but it doesn’t have the size I need. Can it be customized to fit my needs?
Yes, we offer My Eilersen solutions to a wide range of our collection. Here you have the opportunity to adjust the width of the furniture. All adjustments must be in 10 cm intervals.
It is also possible to increase the height of the legs by whole cm, up to +5 cm.

Can I have my Eilersen sofa upholstered in my own materials?
Yes, at Eilersen we offer C.O.M options for our furniture. You can both bring your own fabric or leather. We reserve the right to reject a C.O.M., if we don’t find it suitable to process. We may ask see to see a sample first, before we can approve a C.O.M.
We do not offer any warranty of C.O.M supplied materials.
