Funen lounge chair draws you in you with its sensuous, reclined back, and you feel at home from the first moment you sit gently and softly in the chair.
The chair, like our sofas, is a beautiful addition to life and is available in two variants: a low and a high back lounge chair with a height of 73 cm and 89 cm, respectively.
The low-back lounge chair offers a chance for relaxation; place two or more together for long conversations in comfortable surroundings. The high-back chair stands out with its long backrest and comfortable neck cushion, which makes the chair suitable for contemplation, rest, and reading. Both versions have an elegant footstool that adds to classic look and silhouette.
Funen is delivered as standard with legs in brushed stainless steel 170 / 150 x Ø20 mm (6,7 / 5,9 x 0,8”) (170 mm in the front and 150 mm in the back). Steel legs alternatively in black lacquered (RAL 9004 matt).
Seat height is 42 cm.
It comes standard with 170/150 x Ø20 mm (170 mm front and 150 mm back) legs in brushed stainless steel but is offered with black lacquered legs (RAL 9004, matt) in stainless steel with an additional surcharge.
The frame features a molded veneer back with a solid-wood eat frame with Nozag-springs, covered with polyurethane foam. The seat cushion is HR foam wrapped in fiberfill. The back cushion is a down-top cushion consisting of a highly elastic HR polyurethane foam core with a wrap of 100% down and small duck feathers sewn into a ribbed, feather-proof cambric casing.
The filling in the head support cushion (only high back version) is poly-down, comprising 70% down and 30% HR foam

Product Description
FUNEN is subject to Danish Furniture Control.
Frame:
The back- and arm rest frames are made from moulded plywood, upholstered with polyurethane foam and fiberfill.
Frame in solid Scandinavian pine doweled together in triangular frames, assembled and braced with low emission Masonite, using a water-based glue.
Seat suspension of highly elastic Nozag springs of varnished European carbon steel mounted in specially developed coated noise-free spring holders.
The frame is upholstered with several types of high-quality polyurethane and high-density foam for comfort and long durability.
Cushion:
The back- and seat cushions are down-top cushions consisting of a highly elastic polyurethane foam core with a wrap of 100 % high-quality down and small duck feathers, sewn into a ribbed, down-proof cambric cushion (casing) in 100 % cotton.
All down and duck feathers are by-products of food production.
The down can emit a faint odour at high humidity and should be air-dried regularly. To maintain the shape and appearance of down cushion and pillows, regular fluffing-up and airing is recommended.
Cover:
Funen is available with fabric or leather upholstery (some limitations in choice of fabric or leather may occur) Funen is only available with fixed cover on the frame with a calico cover underneath. All cushion covers have zip-closing.

Warranty:
Eilersen provides a five-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in the frame, springs and cushion filling.
