Plano is the Scandinavian version of the modern sofa lounger, blending incredible comfort with sleek lines.
A sofa lounger is known as a heavy, solid sofa with deep seats and soft cushions where you can sink down into and relax at home in your comfortable hideaway, while the outside world looks after itself.
With its 14 cm high steel legs ensuring a light silhouette, as well as a folded-style back and armrest at only 7 cm wide, Plano presents a wiry strength. Most essential to the sofa’s functionality is the removable, shaped foam back cushions. They are available from 70 to 120cm with a 10cm spring – six sizes in all – and you can move them freely around as necessary, depending how you want to relax. Plano’s seats are equally flexible, with 11 sizes.
The sleek, lightweight design is emphasised by the foam and fibrefill seats, which gives the sofa strength and rigidity. Soft down-filled pillows ensure that the look is comfortable without being heavy. Plano works perfectly as a single chaise lounge, but you can also assemble Plano as a finished sofa with two armrests, with a total length of either 230 or 240cm.
Standard leg is a round corner placed stainless-steel leg 16,5xØ2,8cm (6 ½”x 1 1/9”). Alternatively, legs are available in black lacquered stainless steel (RAL 9004 matt).
Plano is offered as a fixed sofa in two sizes, sections and footstools in 30 different sizes and shapes. This modularity makes it easy to adjust to the size and needs of your space.
Standard seat height is 40cm (15 ¾”) and can be increased by 2cm (3/4”).

Plano is available upholstered in any fabric or leather from the Eilersen-collection or in COM-fabric or leather (Customer’s Own Material).
With fabric upholstery the standard delivery is with a fixed-frame cover, alternatively with a removable cover on the frame, both with an inner cover in stout made of 100 % cotton.
With leather upholstery the standard delivery is with a fixed cover on the frame with an inner cover in stout made of 100 % cotton.
Some degree of creasing should be expected in both fabric and leather upholstery across the seat and the backrest surfaces.
All cushion covers are equipped with a high-quality zipper.
Legs:
Plano is delivered as standard with legs in brushed stainless steel 165 x Ø28 mm (6.5 x 1.1”) alternatively in black lacquered (RAL 9004 matt).
The height of the legs (seat height) can be increased by + 20 mm (0.79”).
Warranty:
Eilersen provides a five-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in the frame, springs and cushion filling.
No warranty is provided on fabric and leather from the Eilersen collection or on COM fabrics.
