THE ATON’S THICK FRAME HAS A LOW BACKREST THAT IS BOLSTERED BY A LONG, FIRM SINGLE OUTER BACK CUSHION MADE WITH A 100% DOWN PADDING.
The double back, down cushions – both long in the back and square in the front – offer unparalleled comfort while the all-over down padding creates an organic movement to the body of the sofa. All seat cushions are the same width, either 70 or 80cm wide, creating a cohesive yet soft look.
The standard version comes with a fixed cover, but it is possible to order a removable one that can be dry cleaned and changed as desired. Underneath the cover there is a calico cover made from 100% cotton to protect the upholstery.
Aton is offered as a fixed two- and three-seater sofa in five sizes, sections, and footstools in 28 different sizes and shapes, all with either 70cm (27 ½”) or 80cm (31 ½”) wide seat cushions. This modularity makes it easy to adjust to the size and needs of your space.
Seat height is standard 43cm (16 15/16”) but can be increased by either 2cm (3/4”) or 4cm (1 1/2”).

Product Description
ATON is subject to Danish Furniture Control.
Frame:
Frame in solid Scandinavian pine doweled together in triangular frames, assembled and braced with low emission Masonite, using a water-based glue. Seat suspension of highly elastic Nozag springs of varnished European carbon steel mounted in specially developed coated silent spring holders. The frame is upholstered with several types of high-quality polyurethane and hard foam for comfort and long durability.
Cushion:
The seat cushion is a down-top cushion consisting of a highly elastic polyurethane foam core with a wrap of 100% high-quality down and small duck feathers, sewn into a ribbed, down-proof cambric cushion (casing) in 100% cotton.
The cushion filling in other cushions is 100% high-quality down and small duck feathers, sewn into a ribbed down-proof cambric (casing) in 100% cotton.
All down and duck feathers is a biproducts from dead animals used in the food industry.
The down can emit a faint odor at high humidity and should be air-dried regularly. To maintain the shape and appearance of down cushion and pillows, regular fluffing-up and airing is recommended.
Cover:
Aton is available upholstered with a fabric or leather from the entire Eilersen collection or upholstered with a COM fabric or leather (customers own material).
With fabric upholstery the standard delivery is with a fixed-frame cover, alternatively with a removable cover on the frame, both with an undercover in stout made of 100% cotton.
With leather upholstery the standard delivery is with a fixed cover on the frame with an undercover in stout made of 100% cotton.
All cushion covers are equipped with a high-quality zipper.
Legs:
Aton is delivered as standard with hidden black legs, 60x60x60mm (2 1/3”), alternative 30x60x60mm (1 1/16”), both types are molded in nylon (Polyamide PA6) produced with a content of 98% recycled plastic.
The height of the legs (seat height) can be increased by either+2cm (3/4”).
Warranty:
The factory provides a 5-year guarantee to cover frame, springs and cushion filling.
No warranty is provided on fabric and leather from the Eilersen collection or on COM fabrics.
