THE BACKREST HAS A LIFTING MECHANISM IN EACH SECTION, ALLOWING THE SEATING TO BE SET INDIVIDUALLY.
You can raise the back by 13 cm (5 1/8”) if you would like a seat with neck support. The backrest glides back to the original lounge position in one easy movement.
Lift’s comfort is maximised with our down-filled upper seat, consisting of a foam core wrapped in down and surrounded by a feather-proof case. Great Lift has two arm/neck-roll pillows. The down filling in both the arm-roll pillows and back pillows emphasise the sofa’s classic organic sense of comfort.
There are four versions available, with foam-top or down-top seat options, in combination with a 100% down back cushions or a down-top back cushion, offering either an organic, shifting softness or a firmer base with less maintenance. All pillows have a zipper so the cover can easily be washed or dry-cleaned.
In the fabric cover model, the back cushions are reversible. The down versions offer a soft and comfortable feel and requires some maintenance, while the foam seat with fibrefill, in combination with the down-top back cushions, are firmer and need less maintenance.
Standard leg is a round corner placed stainless-steel leg 15,5xØ2,2cm (6 1/10”x 6/7”). Alternatively, it is possible to get square corner placed stainless-steel leg in 15,5x4x2cm (6 1/10”x 1 ½”x3/4”) or corner placed oak wood leg in 15,5x4x2cm (6 1/10”x 1 ½”x 1 ½”). Stainless steel legs can be black lacquered (RAL 9004 matt) and oak wood can be oiled, oak nature lacquered, soap treated, or black stained.
Lift is offered as a fixed two- and three-seater sofa in three sizes, a chair and sections and footstools in five different sizes and shapes. This modularity makes it easy to adjust to the size and needs of your space.
Seat height is standard 43cm (17”) but can be increased by 2cm (3/4”).

Frame:
Frame in solid Scandinavian pine doweled together in triangular frames, assembled and braced with low emission Masonite, using a water-based glue.
Seat suspension of highly elastic Nozag springs of varnished European carbon steel mounted in specially developed coated noise-free spring holders.
The frame is upholstered with several types of high-quality polyurethane and high-density foam for comfort and long-lasting durability.
Cushion:
- The seat cushion consists of a highly elastic polyurethane foam core with a cover of 600gr. Fiberfill in combination with a back cushion of 100% high-quality down and duck feathers, sewn into a channeled spring of down-proof cambric in 100% cotton.

All down and duck feathers is a biproducts from dead animals used in the food industry.
The down can emit a faint odor at high humidity and should be air-dried regularly. To maintain the shape and appearance of down cushion and pillows, regular fluffing-up and airing is recommended.
Cover:
Lift is available upholstered with a fabric or leather from the entire Eilersen collection or upholstered with a COM fabric or leather (customers own material).
With fabric upholstery the standard delivery is with a fixed-frame cover, alternatively with a removable cover on the frame, both with an undercover in stout made of 100% cotton.
With fabric upholstery the back cushions are reversible
With leather upholstery the standard delivery is with a fixed cover on the frame with an undercover in stout made of 100% cotton.
All cushion covers are equipped with a high-quality zipper.
Legs:
Lift is delivered as standard with cornerplaced legs in brushed stainless steel 15,5xØ2,2cm alternatively with corner placed legs in brushed stainless steel 15,5x4x2cm or cornerplaced legs of oak wood olied, oak nature lacquered, oak oap treated or oak black stanied. All legs in stainless steel can be black lacquered (RAL 9004 matt).
The height of all legs in stainless steel (seat height) can be increased by +2cm (3/4”).
Warranty:
Eilersen provides a five-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in the frame, springs and cushion filling.
No warranty is provided on fabric and leather from the Eilersen collection or on COM fabrics.
